Fees for treatment

Fees are paid at the clinic. Your dentist will explain the recommended treatment and its cost before treatment begins, so you can decide with confidence. For treatment carried out over several visits, such as braces, the clinic will explain how and when each part is charged.

Questions about a payment or refund

If you have a question about a payment, or believe you are due a refund, please speak to the clinic where you were treated. Each request is reviewed individually, taking into account the treatment already provided.
